Chapter 1193 Full Spoilers
Cover page request: “King giving stocking sumo training to a group of tanukis.”
Stocking sumo: two players each pull a stocking over their head (down to the neck), the two stockings are tied tightly together, and the players pull away from each other — whoever’s stocking slips off loses. A classic Japanese variety show game from the Shōwa–Heisei era.
【Main Story】
Im, blown away by Luffy and Loki’s combo move, crashes into the Treasure Tree Adam once again. The impact shakes the massive tree and leaves a deep scar on its trunk.
Luffy’s heartbeat shifts from the Nika rhythm “Don-dot-tot” back to a normal “thump,” signaling that the Nika transformation is starting to break. Losing Nika means his wounds would return and he’d be unable to fight — just as he’s starting to panic, he notices something with an “Hmm?” and the scene cuts away.
【Brook and Suri】
The scene shifts to Brook, Suri, Jinbe, Nami, and Franky. We learn that Usopp, who was originally with them, said “I have a plan” and went off with Heidrun.
Then Suri awakens. Is she still under Im’s control, or back to her true self? Franky’s line — “Bring it on! Which is it?!” — captures the tension of the moment.
【Chopper and Vibro】
Vibro tells Chopper about a “letter” and “tools” passed down through generations from his grandfather — and says they must be opened right now.
【Sanji vs. Kiringam】
Dorry and Brogy rush in and rescue several children from Zaza, the God of Rain. All of Elbaf stands against Zaza to buy time — time for Sanji to defeat Kiringam.
【Zoro vs. Somas】
Somas traps Zoro in a cage of thorns and thinks he’s won. But Zoro, completely unfazed, is only thinking about how to land an attack with Conqueror’s Haki. He reviews his recent battles and narrows down what he needs to do.
When Somas — still convinced he’s winning — moves in for the finishing blow, Zoro acts. But what he wraps his sword in is Armament Haki. That alone won’t destroy Somas’s heart.
“Be my practice dummy until I can use Conqueror’s Haki,” Zoro says, looking down at Somas — and that’s where the chapter ends.
